Established in 1999, Atamela means to come closer or to come together. Our tours aim to build a bridge between Africans, white South Africans and visitors alike, through cultural experiences and by bringing people together. We also aim at making it possible for inter-cultural people to learn from each other.

The founder of Atamela Tours, Miss Thuli Khumalo, has also lived and worked in Germany for 6 years. This exposure and unique mix of African and European cultures, combine to deliver a richer and more diverse tourist experience through Atamela Tours.
